Algeria: The Latest Hot Spot.

Little did I realize that 10 months after the release of my book, Marcel's Gift,  that one of the settings I used, Algeria, for a subplot would come to national attention.

Talk about perfect timing.

My intrigue came from the blue-veiled men of the Sahara, the Taureg, who I found mentioned in one of Fodor's travel guides. In my book, their unusual appearance is brought to the reader through the eyes of the main character, Solange, a watercolor artist.

Engage yourself in this romantic story that takes the reader on a romantic journey into the heart of Algiers, the ancient French towns of the Impressionists and the Vatican.
